This study aims to shed light on how to prepare and rehabilitate girls at the Madinah Al Munawara orphanage, in order for them to be fully able and functioning members of the economic work force.

This study also aims to contribute in developing orphanages, care-homes and foster-homes as a microcosm in Madinah Al Munawara.

Through this, orphaned girls will receive sufficient care and attention allowing them to be business pioneer, leaders in their field, and have the achievable opportunity of varied career choices within the work place.

The essence of this study is to examine and analyze the quality and scope of the services provided in orphanages, the desired goals, and the implications of actual practices in care homes and foster families.

Post research, this study found that the prevailing perceptions about orphans constitute as one of the important obstacles facing the rehabilitation of this group in society, for them to become business pioneers who practice self-employment.

This may prove the validity of the first hypothesis of study.
