The title of the research: The hadīth narrated by `Ā’ishah that the prophet () said, "The man who is most hateful to Allah is the one who quarrels and disputes most".

– A study of creed and preaching- The topic of the research: The research talks about the quarrelsome person, his most important features, that the pious predecessors condemned him, the most important creedal deviances regarding him, the ways to call him to the truth, the most important effects of his behavior and the ways to deal with him.

The research is based on the saying: "The man who is most hateful to Allah is the one who quarrels and disputes most." The objective of the research: The research aims to explain the saying of the prophet (): "The man who is most hateful to Allah is the one who quarrels and disputes most".

It does that by explaining whom the quarrelsome person is, his most important features, that the pious predecessors condemned him, explaining the most important creedal mistakes he can fall in to, how to call him to the truth, the most prominent effects of his behavior, the ways of prevention and treatment of this reprehensible character.The methodology of the research: The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, as well as the deductive method.

The subdivisions of the research: The research is divided into an introduction, five chapters, and a conclusion as follows : - Introduction: and it includes a foreword, the importance of the research, and the reasons for choosing it, the research objectives, and the limits of the research limits, previous studies, the research plan and the research method.

- The first chapter: explanation of the hadith and its overall meaning.

- The second chapter: the characteristics of the quarrelsome person - The third chapter: the warnings deduced from the hadith.

- The fourth chapter: ways to call the quarrelsome person to right behavior.

- The fifth chapter: the effects of disputing and the approach of Islam in preventing it.

The most important results: 1- Being aware and warning against falling into the characteristics of the quarrelsome and disputing person, and avoiding to imitate him.

2- A person should not argue with others unless something occurs that necessitates it, like someone having a doubt.

3- Being aware of blameworthy argument, which is one of the most important features of a quarrelsome disputing person.

4- The emphasis of the righteous predecessors regarding the knowledge of argumentation and their concern for its principles and regulations.

5- A person that does not have knowledge should not delve into matters about creed .

6- The strong correlation between creed and preaching, and the necessity for preachers to be firmly grounded in both of them .

7- Islam treats reprehensible qualities, and subdues difficulties in front of those who are characterized by them.

The most important recommendations: 1- The necessity of cooperation between preachers in their preaching to eradicate any violations and abuses that may occur.

2- Using Islamic and scientific platforms to treat ugly traits, cooperating and joining the hearts together .

3- Raising the efficiency of preachers and qualifying them through methods of dialogue and argument.

In addition, how to help those who went astray to come back to the truth.
