This study discusses the interpretation about the verses of satanic incitement, targets the following; - Shows the semantics of (Satanic incitement) as a lexical term.

- Shows the linguist differences between the term (incitement) among synonyms in Quran.

- Shows the aphoristic interpretative narrations of verses, and related authentic Hadith.

- Reveals the significance of the context in detecting the accurate meaning and the intended term.

The study came to these conclusions: - Clarifies the semantics of the term (incitement) in the dictionary, in which it was used first as a tactile, then borrowed to abstract meaning, in which is the consequent meaning that is developed out of the semantic.

- Reveals the linguistic differences between (incitement) and its synonyms and its context in Quran, in which shows its uniqueness which no other synonym can replace it.

- Clarifies the graphic miraculous of the verses in which (incitement) is mentioned, and deducts diverse semantics for it.

Comments and recommendations; -Follows up in researching of the subjects of the verses, revealing the graphic miraculous, and deducting the diverse semantics accordingly.

-Pays attention to the contextual and semantics researches of the verses, in order to train the scholars to study Quran thoroughly.
