This research is about the limits of a wife's obligation to obey her husband in fulfilling his desires, and the abstinence with which the wife sins when she does not enable her husband to enjoy her and forbids herself from him, and the situations in which she does not sin.

It aims to clarify the limits of the wife's obligation to obey her husband, and to highlight the controls abstinence by which the wife has sinned, and the conditions in which the wife must prevent herself from the husband; Moreover, she may have sinned if she enables him to do so, in order to ward off the illusion of some that fulfilling the husband's desires is obligatory all the time.

In any case, to refute the suspicions raised about the servitude of women in Islam, by referring to the books of the jurists and explaining their statements and evidence in that using the two approach: Descriptive and Documentary.

This research has concluded to important results, show that Islam has taken great care of the relationship between spouses, which is reflected in the enactment of the provisions that guarantee her stability, and that the wife's obedience to her husband in fulfilling his desires, even if it is obligatory in the majority and the general, except that her abstention is sinful, what is without an excuse, or a legitimate reason, while continuing with it.

The husband is angry with her for that.

There are some cases in which the wife must not comply with her husband’s desire to enable him to do so, such as menstruation, postpartum, the state of worship, the state of zihaar, anal intercourse, and as soon as she learned of her divorce and her intimacy from him, and so on.
