The current research aims to know the effectiveness of using blended learning in developing academic achievement of female students in the course (Introduction to Educational Technology) in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, as well as to clarify the differences between the control and e?perimental groups at the level of the achievement test designed for this research.

The research community consisted of all female students in the course (Introduction to Educational Technology) in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, while the research sample was limited to 66 female students, distributed to two e?ual groups, one of which is the e?perimental group, which is taught using the blended learning method and consists of 33 female students, while the other is the control group, which is taught using the traditional way and consists of 33 female students.

The researchers used the semie ?perimental approach to achieve the goals of the research.

Among the most prominent results of the research is that there are statistically significant differences in the post-measurement of the e?perimental and control groups, in favor of the e?perimental group.

Through the results, it is clear that these differences are due to the effectiveness of using blended learning in enhancing the academic achievement when teaching the course (Introduction to Educational Technology) to female students in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait.

By calculating the value of the s?uare of eta (?2), the result was (0.52), which indicates a high effect.
