This research paper is about the significance of the Waqf and the strong relation of the Waqf with the various media channels: the audio, the written, the visual, and the electronic.

The Waqf plays an important part in strengthening the informational message, which takes a huge position in all life political, social, economic, cultural, and promotional fields.

The Waqf interferes with different life sectors by focusing on the media as the partner that determines the success of all states’ enterprises.

This research is divided into three parts: the first part defines the Waqf, discusses the role of the Waqf, and defines the media lexical and contextual meanings as well.

The second part discusses the Waqf validation, its formation, its goals, its parts, its forms in the media, and its means.

The data about the Waqf’s definition, its validation, its emergence, and its parts are all taken from the Holy Quran, the holy sayings (ahadeeth) of Prophet Muhammad, the traditional narrations of the Prophet’s companions, and the specialized linguistic resources and dictionaries.

The third part concentrates on the relation of the Waqf with the media channels, and its role in reinforcing the media message.

Additionally, the last section talks about the problems that emerge from the Waqf and their future.
