الملخص العربي

لدى ا هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى القدرة التنبؤية للذكاء الانفعالي في المثالية والتشوهات المعرفية لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (312) من طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة مؤتة، وتم الاعتماد على ثلاثة مقاييس الذكاء الانفعالي والمثالية، والتشوهات المعرفية) لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وتم اعتماد المنهج التنبؤي التحليلي للإجابة عن أسئلتها.

وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي بأبعاده لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة جاء بدرجة موافقة مرتفعة.

وأن مستوى التشوهات المعرفية بأبعاده جاء بدرجة موافقة ضعيفة.

وأن مستوى المثالية جاء بدرجة موافقة متوسطة.

كما أظهرت النتائج أن أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي تفسر ما مقداره (87%) من التباين الحاصل في التشوهات المعرفية بأبعادها لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة وأن (13) من التباين الحاصل في التشوهات المعرفية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تفسره عوامل أخرى.

وأن أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي تفسر ما مقداره (0.841) من التباين الحاصل في المثالية بأبعادها لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة وأن (16%) من التباين الحاصل في المثالية ، أفراد عينة الدراسة تفسره عوامل أخرى.

كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو الذكاء الانفعالي بأبعاده تبعاً لمتغير الجنس.

وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة نحو الذكاء الانفعالي بأبعاده تبعاً لمتغير البرنامج الدراسي مع وجود فروق في بعدي (المعرفة الانفعالية تنظيم (الانفعالات) تبعا لمتغير البرنامج الدراسي لصالح (دراسات عليا).

وعدم وجود فروق في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو التشوهات المعرفية بأبعادها تبعاً لمتغير الجنس مع وجود فروق في مجال التجريد الانتقائي)، ولصالح الذكور .

وعدم وجود فروق في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو التشوهات المعرفية بأبعادها لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة تبعا لمتغير البرنامج الدراسي مع وجود فروق في متغير المبالغة والتقليل) لصالح (دراسات عليا).

وعدم وجود فروق في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو المثالية بأبعادها تعزى المتغير الجنس والبرنامج الدراسي.

وبناء على النتائج فقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة توسيع الخدمات في مجال الإرشاد والعلاج النفسي وتفعيله والاستفادة منه كأسلوب علاجي ووقائي.

العمل على عقد الورش التوعية والإرشادية في الجامعات الأردنية تستهدف توعية الطلبة بالمثالية الإيجابية والسلبية وآثارها السلبية على سلوكياتهم.

The study aimed to identify the predictive ability of emotional intelligence in idealism and cognitive distortions among students of the University of Mu'tah, the study sample consisted of (312) students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Mu'tah, and three measures were relied on (emotional intelligence, idealism, cognitive distortions) to collect data The study, the analytical predictive approach was adopted to answer her questions.

The results showed that the level of emotional intelligence in its dimensions among Mu'tah University students came with a high degree of agreement.

that the level of cognitive distortions in its dimensions came with a weak degree of agreement.

And that the level of perfection came with a moderate degree of approval.

The results also showed that the dimensions of emotional intelligence explain an amount (87%) of the variance in cognitive distortions with their dimensions among the individuals of the study sample and that (13%) of the variance in cognitive distortions among the study sample individuals is explained by other factors.

And that the dimensions of emotional intelligence explain the amount (0.841) of the variation in idealism with its dimensions among the members of the study sample, that (16%) of the variance in idealism among the members of the study sample is explained by other factors.

The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample individuals towards emotional intelligence in its dimensions according to the gender variable.

The absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members towards emotional intelligence in its dimensions according to the variable of the study program, with differences in the two dimensions (emotional knowledge, regulation of emotions) according to the variable of the study program in favor of (graduate studies).

There were no differences in the responses of the study sample individuals towards cognitive distortions in their dimensions according to the gender variable with differences in the field of (selective abstraction), in favor of males.

And the absence of differences in the responses of the study sample individuals towards cognitive distortions in their dimensions among the students of Mu'tah University according to the variable of the study program with differences in the variable (exaggeration and reduction) in favor of (postgraduate studies).

There were no differences in the responses of the study sample individuals towards the ideal with its dimensions due to the variable of sex and the study program.

Based on the results, the study came out with a number of recommendations, including: The necessity of expanding services in the field of counseling and psychotherapy, activating it and making use of it as a treatment and preventive method.

Working on holding awareness-raising and extension workshops in Jordanian universities aimed at educating students about positive and negative idealism and its negative effects on their behavior.
