This study aimed to determine the level of awareness among students of the College of Education at the University of Hail on the standards of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and its associated digital applications in distance education, according to the Corona pandemic, and to identify the impact of educational stage’s variable on level of awareness of the ISTE standards and their associated digital applications.

To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and a sample of (389) B.A./M.A.

female students was selected.

The study tool was to test students’ level of awareness of the ISTE standards and its associated digital applications.

The results of the study have shown that the level of awareness among female students of the ISTE standards and its digital application, is very low.

Also, there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0,05) between averages of responses of female students of the College of Education at the University of Hail in terms of the level of students’ awareness of the ISTE standards and the digital applications associated with the ISTE Standards.

These statistically significant differences, attributed to the educational stage’s variable, were in favor of the M.A.

female students.

The study has presented some recommendations, including reformulating the programs of the College of Education according to the ISTE standards and providing specialized programs in digital applications in light of the ISTE standards.
