This research deals with women's sports clubs in terms of their general conditions and legal rulings - including an applied study on sports clubs in the hail region, and the aim of the research is : to clarify the ruling of women's sports clubs based on their reality, and to identify the conditions of women's sports clubs in the women's community, and to know the pros and cons of sports clubs on women and society.

the researcher followed the deductive inductive approach, and also used the statistical method in the applied study.

- 0the research concluded with a number of results, namely that Islamic sharia permits women to practice sports in a manner that suits their nature.

- 8through scientific studies, fair opinions, and realistic experiences, she has reached the best place for a woman to play sports in her home and among her family members.
