Belief is considered as the origin of the assets of Islam.

Neither foundation nor branch stands unless depending on Belief; which means that the understanding of the foundations and branches of Islam depends upon the undestanding of the Isamic Belief (Al aqida(.

Therefore, the perfect revelation of the Islamic rules starts with the right understanding of the origin of the assets, which is Belief (Al aqida), and the understanding of (Al aqida) doesn’t occur unless it is linked to the intention of ALLAH from it.

In this study, I used an analytical decriptive method, where I associated (Al aqida) with the objectives of Understanding and commandment, as the first one is oriented to the establishment of vision and the second shows the effects of (Al aqida) upon behaviours.

Throughout study and research Icome to many conclusions: Allah’s objective behind Al aqida’s rules is establishing the right vision centered on the Unification (Attawhid) andguiding Muslim’s behaviours; The rules of Al aqida are understandable bye all the commanded people, were they stupid or genius; Allah’s intention from Al aqida is achieving worship in its various aspects.

I noted down the following recommendations : Liberating Al aqida from the theological polemic approach and linking it to the objectives of Islam; Putting the Objectives (Almaqassid) as a methodological framework to Al aqida studies; Linking Al aqida’s themes with the commandment as far as vision and practice are concerned.
