Ethical reasoning of jurisprudence is one of the most important entry points through which the complementarity and overlap of knowledge between ethics and legitimate knowledge parts can be highlighted, in particular jurisprudence and its origins.

And on that basis, this research shows this complementarity through three main points, the first of which is the framing of the concept of moral reasoning for jurisprudence.

While the second point is that I will highlight the location of moral reasoning from the legitimate knowledge system, especially with regard to the location of moral reasoning within the jurisprudence, that is, within the literature, as well as within the jurisprudence.

The third point is that I will highlight the location of this type of reasoning within the origins of jurisprudence, that is, within fundamentalist taxonomies as well as the overall evidence, and then refute the claim that scholars and legal scholars have ignored the moral element and the moral dimensions of their literature and literature and fundamentalism, and prove the complementarity of what is ethical, doctrinal and fundamentalist.

The study also produced a series of findings, the most important of which were: The purpose of jurisprudence is reflected in the consolidation of ethical dimensions, which explains the complementarity and overlap between doctrinal and moral, and the fact that moral ills were strongly present in doctrinal and fundamentalist works, which confirms the great interest of scholars and fundamentalists in ethical dimensions.

The researcher also recommended that research into this type of reasoning should be pursued in order to establish it and reduce it, as well as to take into account the ethical dimensions of the case-law process
