The masters of eloquence agreed willingly from the first instance that this revelation is superior and nothing can be superior to it, because they found words are selected with meticulous precision and no word can be replaced with another.Moreover, there is no unessential word in the Qur’an that is meaningless; no word repeats an already expressed meaning, and there is no word repeated only for emphasis without rendering a new meaning.

This is because, there cannot exist one single wordused to render a certain meaning whereas there is another thatcanrender it more precisely, neither in the same language nor in different languagesin human discourse not to speak about the book of Allah.

And among such words which perplexed the exegetes of Al Qur'aan are“Inzaal” and “Tanzeel”to the point thatsome scholarsconsidered them to besynonymous, whereas they are not synonymous, according to the majority of commentators.

Moreover, the sounds constituting a wordare in harmony with the meaning that word is meant to express, and the more the constituent sounds in a word, the greater the meaning.

We then applied the meaning we hold to be the actual meaning in other contexts and objects referred to by means of “Inzaal” and “Tanzeel”in Allah’s book of wisdom.
