The study aimed to investigate the strategies of college deans to manage organizational conflict from the point of view of the teaching staff of Aljouf University.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method.

The sample of the study consisted of (219) faculty members.

The results of the study showed that the overall average of the causes of organizational conflict in the university faculties reached (3.1) which is an evidence that the study sample members agree to some extent on the causes.

Personal reasons came first, followed by organizational reasons.

The general average of the types of organizational conflict was (2.1), while the axis of strategies for the management of deans of colleges of organizational conflict reached (3.3) which is an evidence on study sample approval to some extent on the strategies.

The integration strategy came first with the highest average, followed by the settlement strategy, then by the confrontation strategy.

Fourth came the control strategy and finally came the avoidance strategy with the lowest average.

The results also showed that there arc no statistically significant diffcrcnccs attributed to the variable of experience and academic rank.
