الملخص العربي

تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة من خلال تناولها مفسراً يعد من المفسرين العصرين، و الذي اتخذ طريقاً مختلفاً و ليس مخالفاً حسب قوله في تفسيره للكتاب العزيز، و هو التفسير حسب ترتيب النزول.

تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان منهج الملا حويش في تفسيره بيان المعاني، و تعريفاً عام للمنهج، و الفرق بين المنهج و الاتجاه، و أشهر اتجاهات المفسرين، و ترجمة للشيخ الملا عبد القادر حويش العاني رحمه الله، و التعريف بالتفسير من خلال بيان الدوافع و الأسباب لكتابة التفسير، و تاريخ تأليفه و صدوره مطبوعاً، و حال المؤلف حين الشروع بالعمل و مصادره و موارده و المزايا و المآخذ عليه، و كذلك تحدثت عن أصول منهج الشيخ في تفسيره حسب ما قسمتها في الدراسة و وضعت الأمثلة التطبيقية عليها.

و توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج التي ارتبطت بالأهداف من أهمها : 1.

تفسير بيان المعاني هو تفسير حسب ترتيب النزول، و قد مضى على نهج الإمام علي كرم الله وجهه، فهو متبع لا مبتدع حسب قوله.

الشيخ الملا اتبع عدة مناهج منها الجمع بين المأثور و الرأي والتعضيد للحكم و الأمثال والآثار و غير ذلك، و هذه من الأصول التي صرح بها في تفسيره .

3.

هناك اصول و مناهج في تفسيره لم ينص عليها صراحة و لكن يمكن أن تستنبط من فعله و صنيعه منها توظيف الشروح الممزوجة في تفسير القرآن العظيم .

الملخص الإنجليزي

In the name of God، who is no god but He، and prayers be upon His prophet who chose him.

Either after : The importance of this study lies in dealing with an interpreter who is one of the two modern commentators، who took a different and not different path (according to him) in his interpretation of the dear book، which is the interpretation according to the order of descent.

The study aims to explain Mullah Huwaish’s approach in its interpretation of the interpretation of the meanings، a general definition of the method، the difference between the curriculum and the direction، the most famous trends of the commentators، a translation by Sheikh Mullah Abdul Qadir Huwaish al-Ani، may God have mercy on him، and the definition of the interpretation by explaining the motives and reasons for writing the interpretation، the date of its composition and publication in print، and the state The author at the time of commencing the work، its sources، resources، advantages and drawbacks to it، and also talked about the principles of the Sheikh’s approach to his interpretation according to what was divided in the study and applied examples on them.

The study reached many results that were related to the goals، the most important of which are 1- Interpretation of the statement of meanings is an interpretation according to the order of descent، and it has passed on the approach of Imam Ali the generosity of God his face، so he is a follower، not an innovator (according to his saying) 2 - Sheikh Al-Mulla followed several approaches، including combining the aphorism and the opinion، consolidating the ruling، proverbs، relics، and so on، and these are among the principles that he stated in his interpretation.

3-There are principles and approaches in its interpretation that are not explicitly stipulated، but it can be deduced from his action and deed from the employment of mixed explanations in the interpretation of the Great Quran.
