It aimed to discuss the importance of the presence of legal translators in the committees charged of amending constitutions, and then to determine the accuracy of the translation of the original constitutional rule in French, und the different interpretations that correspond and are equivalent in Arabic and vice versa, in order to reach an understanding of how translation contributes to the consolidation of constitutional rules, so that the more The translation of the constitutional rule is sound whenever this leads to its effectiveness and effectiveness, which would indicate the contribution of this science to the development of the constitutional law of the state.

It revealed that the process of translating the constitution faces several problems, the most important of which are: the technical constitutional terms used and the legal translation methodology and methods, in addition to the different legal systems of the original and translated texts.

Then it came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are; The necessity of assigning the task of translating the constitutional document to the specialists, in order to reach the translation of the constitution according to its essence, by focusing on the literalness of the text to translate technical constitutional terms, with sometimes the use of equivalent translation in this regard in order not to deviate from the intention of the constitutional founder.
