الملخص EN

This study aimed at knowing the problems of the class management which face the teacher-trainee in the department of the basic education at al-Aqsa University according to their view points and paring the way for overcoming these problems according to the viewpoint of the trainees themselves.

the researcher well the analystical, description method on it is the most suitable for this kind of studies.

the researcher prepared a questionnaire included 25 items of five pivots in addition an open ended question relates to specifying the important suggestion to overcome the problems of the clam management.

the researcher applied the study tool after being sure of its validity and reliability on a sample of 70 students of the fourth level registering in the practical education program with rate of()%30.73of the original society.

the results of the study showed that the most comman problems of the clam management that relate to the curriculum them the problems resulting from student in the physical environment then the cooperative teacher at last the clam management.

the total degree of the questionnaire was (64.88%).the most prominent suggestion to overcome the problems of clam management which face the teacher trainees from their point of view were to reduce the density of student in the clam and joining students in the basic education department to courses to train and rehabilitate them and paving the physical environment in the classes and explaining the rules of behavioral discipline as well an varying teaching methods.

the researcher recommended the necessity of preparing students before joining the practices field to train and rehabilitate in addition to provide them with skills to deal which students problems at last holiday training courses in curriculum for the teacher trainees.
