The aim of the research is to identify the type of relationship between the kinetic balance and the physical characteristics of the research sample of Karbala players in handball, as well as the type of relationship between the physical qualities and the performance of the skill of the short-range defensive moves in handball.

The researcher used the descriptive method in the style of associative relationships and conducted a research on a sample of (9) young players in Karbala Sports Club.

The researcher used a number of physical tests and testing of motor equilibrium and skill testing.

After the tests were implemented, Hypotheses developed by the researcher, the researcher concluded the following conclusions: - There is a significant relationship between the speed of the transition and the balance of motor.

- There is no significant relationship between the fitness and explosive force of the two men and the balance of motor- There is no significant relationship between the physical characteristics studied and the accuracy of the correction of the jump.
