The aim of the research is to design physical tests at different times for the attribute (strength with speed) according to the performance of some basic skills of first-class football players, with the extraction of tests in the form of naming factors, and the extraction of criteria for physical tests according to the performance of some basic skills for first-class players In football, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method and correlational relations, and the community of origin represented the clubs of Iraq that qualified regionally according to their qualification in Iraq, and their number was (283) players divided into (12) clubs and they are: (Karbala - Samarra - Al-Qasim - North Gas - Nationality - Maysan - Industry - Ramadi - Kufa - Braiti - Suq Al-Shuyoukh - Zakwa) according to the statements of the General Iraqi Central Federation (2018-2019), 173 players were selected from them and they are the research community with a percentage of (61.130% ), and it was divided into an exploratory sample whose number is ( 21 players representing a percentage of (12.138% ), and a sample of construction and legalization whose number is (92) players represented a percentage of (53.179% ).

By distributing it moderately on the construction sample and its ability to distinguish between the achievement of high and low level sample members in the same test, as well as achieving high honesty, stability and objectivity coefficients.

And that the highest level at which the research sample appeared was at the average level, and this is evidence that this ability was not given great importance as a training case, and it was recommended to adopt the tests extracted in the process of continuous evaluation of the first-class players, and the criteria reached by the research during the evaluation and selection process, with the continuous modification of criteria on According to the capabilities of the players and over the years, design tests for the rest of the other skills and standardize them to reach results that serve the game.
