This research is interested on the matter description : " Delayed judgment issue of revelation" discussed by some scholars and witnessed by some clues, the scope of study, to check the accuracy of these clues of mentioned issue, indicate the interpreter views and others, and this research aims to gather the differences between the speech of the scholars at this use, and indicate the ruling of delay judgment of revelation the verse, and the causes led to that, study the clues, and I applied the Analytical Inductive Approach, and the research concluded important outcomes: the weakness of the speech of the delay of judgment of revelation in limited examples on this issue, and they were seven examples, and the speech of the revelation of the verse " He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself" (Al Alaa verse 14) on Fitr Zakat, is the origin of delay judgment of revelation, and the interpreters took care for guiding all the circumstances in the meaning of this verse for the later civil speech, and the origin is the matter of synchronization between judgment deemed the commissioning judgment.
