الملخص العربي

تهدف الدراسة الحالي الى معرفة تأثير استخدام نظام حكيم للسجلات الطبية على أداء الأطباء و الممرضين بناءا على نموذج روجر.

و تحديداً أكثر، لدراسة نظرية انتشار الابتكار (الميزة النسبية التوافق، سهولة الاستخدام، قابلية التجربة و الملاحظة) على اداء الاطباء و الممرضين.

تم تصميم الدراسة على انه بحث وصفي تحليلي، تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة بحث معتمدة من روجر (2003).

شملت عينة الدراسة جميع الأطباء و الممرضين العاملين في مستشفى الأمير هاشم في مدينة العقبة.

و قد اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة التي تم تصميمها بالرجوع لدراسة روجر (2003) و تم توزيعا على المستجيبين يدويا و الكترونيا .

تم استخدام SPSS V (24) بما في ذلك فحص البيانات و الموثوقية والصلاحية و الطبيعية و الارتباط و اختبار الفرضيات لتحليل مجموعة البيانات لهذه الدراسة.

أشارت نتائج الدراسة لوجود أثر لكافة أبعاد نظرية انتشار الابتكار و هي الميزة النسبية، التوافق، سهولة الاستخدام، قابلية التجربة و الملاحظة على أداء الأطباء و الممرضين.

و عليه، أوصت الدراسة بإيلاء المزيد من الأهمية لتحليل نظم السجلات الطبية وفقا لنظرية روجر كما أوصت بالتوسع باستخدام و تطبيق نظام حكيم في المستشفيات الأردنية.

الملخص الإنجليزي

The objective of the current study is to examine the impact of using Hakeem medical records system on the doctors and nurses‘ performance based on Roger‘s model.

More specifically, to examine the diffusion innovation of theory (Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Ease to use, Trialability and Observability) on the doctors and nurses‘ performance.

The study design is categorized as descriptive-analytical research, it used a questionnaire as a research instrument adopted from (Roger 2003).

The study population entails doctors and nurses who are works in Prince Hashim Hospital in Aqaba.

The study was based on a questionnaire that was designed with reference to Roger's study (2003), and it was distributed to the respondents manually and electronically.

SPSS V (24) was used including data screening, reliability, validity, normality, correlation and hypothesis testing to analyze the data set of this study.

The study results pointed out there is positive impact of the relative advantage, compatibility, ease to use, trialability and observability on the employees‘ performance.

The study recommended that more attention be given to the analysis of medical records systems according to Roger's theory and also recommended the expansion of the use and application of a wise system in Jordanian hospitals.
