The research aims to shed light on the imperative of the absolute command, and its effect on the branches of jurisprudence, and has followed the analytical and deductive scientific method, which is the collection of scientific material from its original sources in the science of Usul al-Fiqh, with mentioning the sayings of the jurists in the jurisprudential branch, which branched on the fundamentalist rule, and some of the evidence-the place of the witness-and discussion of the discussions presented to it, showed the correct saying, the reason for its weighting, and the qur’anic verses were attributed to its wall, by mentioning the number of the verse, the hadiths of the noble prophet and the effects mentioned in the research, and i mentioned a suitable brief translation of the flags, and i made a work the technical indexes of the qur’anic verses, the hadiths of the prophet, monuments, flags, references, and topics, and in my research i reached the most important results, which are: that the disagreement among fundamentalists in issues of ijtihad is of two types: one: verbal, and the second: moral, and each of them has reasons and benefits, and that the imperative form “do” if it is devoid of clues, then it-according to the most correct-requires that it is truly obligatory, and its use in other than it has meanings such as blasphemy, permissibility, threat, and so on, it is a metaphor that does not bear on any one of them except with presumption, and the command to write the religion and not a testimony on him for the deputation of the most correct, and then the one who left it is not sinning, just as the order to certify the sale of the deputation is on the most correct, and the matter in accepting the transfer for the deputation is on the most correct, and the matter in the testimony on the review of the deputation is on the more correct.
