Through this study, the researcher aims to: Explaining the opinions of contemporary jurists and scholars on the provision on forcing women to marry.

The research included an introduction, a preliminary demand, two studies and a conclusion.

As for the introduction: it includes the reasons for choosing the topic, and the method used in it.

As for the preliminary demand: definition of the vocabulary of the research title.

As for the topics, they are as follows: The first topic is forcing a young woman to marry and it contains four demands: The first demand is forcing the young virgin to marry.

The second demand is whoever owns a small guardianship of forcing the young girl to marry.

The third demand is forcing young previously married woman.

The fourth demand is the previous marriage that averts compulsion.

The second topic is forcing the adult to marry and it has two demands: The first demand is forcing the previously-married adult to marry.

The second demand is forcing the adult to marry.

As for the conclusion, it includes the most important results that could be reached.

In this research I relied on the comparative approach.
