Islamic Sharia laid down many recommendations to protect health from diseases and epidemics.

If the epidemic occurred, the recommendation came that the nurse should not come to a healthy person.

And the necessity of isolating the patient from healthy people so as not to transmit the infection to others, This is what doctors are recently called quarantine.

Islamic jurisprudence has preceded the world in developing these controls and recommendations.

The importance of the topic is that it clarifies some of the jurisprudential rulings resulting from the quarantine and the spread of the emerging corona virus (Covid 19).

I followed in my research this analytical method.

The main findings are: 1-Legality of temporarily suspending group prayer; To prevent the spread of epidemics.

2- There is no legal objection to halting Hajj and Umrah for fear of the spread of this disease, provided that this fear is fulfilled, but the prohibition should not be entirely
