In our modern era, the world was infected with a pandemic called the Corona virus (Covid-19), and its appearance began in the Chinese city of Wuhan, then the spread of the epidemic crossed the borders of China to the countries of the world with great speed, and on March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization officially announced that an outbreak of a virus Corona (Covid-19) has become a (pandemic) because the rapid spread of infection with the virus, the large number of infections with it, and the increasing number of deaths, then the organization issued a report explaining the medical safety measures from the virus in an attempt to reduce the spread of this epidemic.

For this purpose, the research was concerned with dealing with the most important measures taken in this regard and establishing them in jurisprudence, which are: (Attention to personal purity - medical isolation and quarantine - wearing a mask (face shield) - treatment), and an explanation of the precedence of fiqh in the prevention of diseases for what is known recently as (Preventive medicine), and it became clear that these measures do not contradict trust in Allah -almighty -, and that the obligation to follow them is considered an obligatory Sharia command, and those who violate it are sinning, and they are punished by law with what each country issued in this regard.

It was found that following these measures is a means of self-preservation, and neglect or negligence is considered excessive in preserving it, and the research discussed denying the suspicion that the plague does not enter Medina, and the Corona virus (Covid-19) epidemic entered it, and the suspicion was removed by clarifying the difference between the plague, And the Corona virus, then a statement of the ruling on the person infected with the Corona virus to infect others, and finally how to wash the deceased with the Corona virus, shroud him, pray on him, and then bury him.
