الملخص العربي

كثيرة هي الأقلام التي كتبت عن الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام و النصوص التي تحدثت عنه, سواء تناولت سائر سيرته أم تعرضت لشذرات منها, و ضمنت بها كتب التاريخ و السير و الحديث, من غير أن يفرد لها كتاب مستقل, و قد تنبه لذلك الشيخ محمد بن عبد الله الخطي (ت 1186 ه) فعمد إلى تأليف كتاب يتحدث عن وفاته سلام الله عليه, فقد جاء في مقدمته : ((..

فقد حركني الخاطر على تأليف وفاة العبد الصالح , و الميزان الراجح, الإمام العالم, أبي الحسن موسى بن جعفر الكاظم عليه السلام ؛ لأنها يومئذ غير مدونة في مصنف لأحد من المتقدمين و أصحاب السير الماضين, و أضفت لها بعض معاجزه و فضله المبين)).

فجاء كتاب مشتمل على الأخبار التي تحيط بوفاة الإمام الكاظم عليه السلام جمعها في نص واحد بدلا من أن تكون متناثرة, وضم إليها بعض ما نظمه من قصائد الرثاء و ما نقله منها, كما تعرض المؤلف إلى شيء من حياة الإمام في آخر الكتاب.

و الشيخ أبو عزيز الخطي مؤلف الكتاب عالم محدث أديب شاعر من الفضلاء, مخلص لآل البيت عليه السلام بالولاء, ظهر ذلك جليا في مؤلفاته في ولادات و وفيات المعصومين, و قد أثنى عليه العديد من العلماء.

و قد وفقني الله تعالى لتحقيق الكتاب بالاعتماد على نسختين منه, الأولى من المدرسة الشبرية الدينية, و تاريخ نسخها في ذات السنة التي توفي فيها المؤلف, و الثانية متأخرة عن الأولى, حصلت عليها من مكتبة الشيخ زين الدين, و فضلا عن تحقيق النص, فقد عرفت بالمؤلف و المؤلف في مقدمة تناولت فيها عملي عليه, إضافة إلى فهارس تفصيلية ألحقتها به.

راميا بذلك خدمة الإمام عليه السلام و إحياء التراث, و المشاركة في مؤتمر الإمام الكاظم عليه سلام الذي تقيمه مشكورة كلية العلوم الإسلامية في النجف الأشرف, و الذي نأمل أن نكون ضمن فقرات إنجاحه, بفضل الله تعالى أرحم الراحمين, مع دعائنا بالتوفيق لجميع القائمين.

الملخص الإنجليزي

In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon Muhammad and his good and pure family, especially my master and my lord Imam Al-Kadhim, may blessings be upon him, and the permanent curse be upon all their enemies until the Day of Judgment.

And yet, there are many authors who wrote about Imam Al-Kadhim, peace be upon him, and the texts that I talked about, whether I dealt with his biography or were exposed to fragments of it, and were included in the books of history, biography and hadith, without a separate book devoted to them, and Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Khati was alerted to that (D.

1186 AH) So he wrote a book that talks about his death, peace be upon him, for it came in its introduction: ((...) I had inspired to compose the death of the righteous servant and the most preferred balance, the scholarly imam, Abi al-Hassan Musa bin Jaafar al-Kazim, peace be upon him , because it was, then, not recorded in the work of one of the earlier scholars and biographers, and I added to it some of his miracles and his clear virtue.)).

So, the book came containing the news surrounding the death of Imam al-Kadhim, peace be upon him, he collected them in one text instead of being scattered and included some of his lament poems.

And what he transmitted from it, as the author introduces something from the Imam’s life at the end of the book.

And Sheikh Abu Aziz Al-Khati, the author of the book a spoker scholar, a writer, a poet from the virtues, loyal to the family of the prophet`s householders, peace be upon them.

This was evident in his books on the births and deaths of the infallible, and many scholars praised him.

And Allah Almighty guided me to achieve the book by relying on two copies of it, the first from the religious school of Al Shobaria, and the date it was copied in the same year in which the author died , and the second is later than the first one.

I obtained it from the library of Sheikh Zainuddin, and in addition to verifying the text.

I defined the author and the book in an introduction in which I dealt with my work on it, in addition to detailed indexes that I attached to it.

Its aim is to serve the Imam, peace be upon him, and revive the heritage, and to participate in the Imam Al-Kazim Conference, peace be upon him, which is being held by the Islamic College in Najaf , which we hope that we will be among the its success factors, and the favor is of Allah Almighty, the Most Merciful, with our prayers for the success of the organizers.
