The researcher reviewed the references, previous studies and similar research and reached a number of axes attached to the design of the questionnaire (the study tool) and presented them to the experts, attached to Qom (1) to determine the appropriate axes for the design of the questionnaire.

The researcher agreed with an approval rate of (80%) from the opinions of the experts in defining the axes of the questionnaire, as the percentage of approval on the physical axis reached (100%) and on the psychological axis (100%).

According to the approval of the experts, the researcher designed (2) questionnaires, the first for the (physical) axis and the second for the psychological axis.

The first questionnaire consisted of (26) phrases and the second questionnaire consisted of (25) phrases, and they presented them to the experts once again, a number of ( 6) Phrases from the first questionnaire related to the (physical) axis and the exclusion of (5) phrases from the phrases of the second questionnaire related to the (psychological) axis, bringing the number of phrases for all phrases to (40) phrases divided into (2) questionnaires (physical, psychological) each It contains (20) phrases.

The research community included the 100m wheelchair competition team in Zamalek Sports Club with a number of (7) players, for the training year (2019-2020 AD), where the sample of the research was chosen in a deliberate way from the players of the 100m wheelchair competition team in a club.

The researcher found the importance of sports activity for people with special needs (motor disabilities) in improving the physical aspect and in improving the psychological aspect of people with special needs (motor disabled), and that the practice of sports activity had a positive trend in improving the physical and psychological aspect of 100m wheelchair racers under the Corona pandemic.

The researcher recommended paying attention to sports activities during the Corona pandemic because of their importance in improving the psychology of the disabled and integrating them into society, allocating specialized trainers in the field of physical activity and caring for the disabled, providing the appropriate space for physical activity during quarantine periods, and making sure to use health protocols accurately for people with motor disabilities and designing physical activities And sports that are compatible with the goals, problems and situations that the disabled person goes through in his daily life, which helps him to achieve a degree of psychological and kinetic compatibility.
