To stimulate relations between national commercial and economic institutions and their counterparts in foreign countries, these relations, which are associated with individuals or institutions despite their positive characteristics, but they cannot be free of some disputes that may arise between these people with diversity of nationalities and conflicts of interest, which leads them to bring this dispute before the judiciary to take each right under the judgments issued by the judicial courts in each country, where the judicial decision is issued for judicial protection.

Certainly, this protection is useless as long as it does not become realistic or effective by directing the public authority to implement this ruling on these disputes.
