The aim of the research is to identify the level of organizational justice among preparatory schools principals and the research sample consisted of (300) teachers and schools, and to achieve the objectives of the research and answer its questions, a tool was built to measure the level of organizational justice and it was finalized consisting of (48) paragraphs, five alternatives (always, often (Sometimes, rarely, never) divided into four domains, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified.

After applying the research tool, collecting data and analyzing it statistically, the results showed that the level of organizational justice in the research sample was good, and that there were statistically significant differences in the average organizational justice due to the gender variable and in favor of females, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of service period, and in light of Results The two researchers came out with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals
