This study examines the role of the Administrative Judge in evidence under the Jordanian Administrative Justice law Act No.

27 of year 2014, guided by the judgments of the judiciary and the opinions of jurists, as well as the directions of the administrative judiciary in matters and issues that must be resorted to, in which the role of the administrative judge depends mainly on the administrative proceedings between two non- parallel parties, which arise between the administration as a public authority on the one hand, and ordinary individuals on the other.

Furthermore, the prerogatives and powers of the public administration make it no longer necessary to resort to the administrative judge to carry out its work in the face of others.

The position of the defendant, who is easily placed in the proceedings in accordance with procedural laws, is often taken into the position of the defendant, who is often free of any evidence and privileges, and thus will bear the burden of proof, thus creating a problem of inequality between the parties to an administrative proceeding.
