This study aimed to investigate the practice degree of secondary school principals of administrative control and its relationship to the organizational commitment from the point of view of teachers.

the study sample consisted of (438) teachers who were selected randomly from secondary school teachers in Jerash governorate.

the study finding showed that the practice degree of administrative control was medium, and the degree of the organizational commitment was medium from the teachers' point of view, and there is a statistically significant positive correlation between his practices degree of administrative control and the degree of the organizational commitment.

in the light of the results, the researcher recommends that these results be distributed to secondary school principals in Jerash governorate in order to activate the monitoring process to become more effective by providing an organizational guide for the institution.

the teacher discusses the needs of the school, teachers to work in school, follow-up family life for students, and raise the level of loyalty and belonging to the school by providing an atmosphere of psychological comfort.
