The study aimed at identifying the professional mobility of Saudi women following the vision of 2030 as the kingdom sought through the development plans to encourage women to attend schools and universities after seeing 2030 and helping them achieve social mobility and end result.

as a result, women cadres are educated and able to work.

the latter was able to penetrate several functional areas through which it was able to prove its ability to work.

the study relied on the analytical descriptive method.

the secondary information obtained by the study was from reading scientific books, periodicals, in addition to some scientific messages and previous studies, the annual statistical book, development plans, and other sources.

the results of the study showed that the 2030 vision provided a great opportunity for Saudi women to assist them in the mobility of professional career as well as guaranteed the opportunity for continuous training.
