أثر تفعيل معايير جودة التعليم في تحسين مهارات القيادة الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في الأردن

This study aims to identify the impact of the Standards of Quality Education for improving the Administrative Leadership Skills of the principals at public schools in Jordan.

To achieve that two questionnaires have been used: The first is to measure the degree of applied the standards of quality education in school consisting of (40) items, the other is to measure the Administrative Leadership Skills of schools principals consisting of (36) items.

The study sample contents of (322) teachers (Male &Female).

And the descriptive method was used in this study.

The most important conclusions are: the Standards of Quality Education which was applied show high degree; more else there is positive relationship between applied the Standards and improving the principals administrative leadership skills, and there are differences variable to gender and to the side of females.

The study show that is very important to put special procedures to reward the schools which activate those standards, also it is very important to provide more knowledge about it for schools principals.
