Ottoman's(Mosul) newspaper, it regarded the second newspaper that issued in Iraq after the newspaper of (Alzawraa) in Baghdad in 1885, the newspaper composes of four pages written in Ottomanic language issues every thursday, it was the official newspaper for Ottomanic Mosul Vilayet (Mosul, Kirkuk, Sulymania).

Despite, there's no certain date of first publication, however the date of last publication is known about 30 October 1918 after British occupation for Al Mosul.

The research aims to explain the news and events of Sulymania Sanjak in Mosul newspaper through the years 1902-1906, that written under different titles, it consider as one of important source for the scholars whom specialized in the history of Mosul Vilayet, it provide them with the important daily events and criminal news, as well as an informations that related with administrative and agricultural issues, employees movements, and some news about weather such as earthquake, burns, rains, in addition to official trusty news about the sanjaks of Vilayet especially Sulymania sanjak.
