Relationship of the Teacher According to Gender with the Personality Traits of First Stage Students at Secondary School"The teacher is one of the most important parts of the educational process and the implementer of its programs and policies.

The teacher also plays an important role in the growth of the personality of his/her students, so the positive attitudes that students acquire towards him/her have an important impact on the success of the educational process, so the current research aims to identify: 1.

Personality traits for first stage, secondary school students.2.

How is the gender of the teacher affected the personality traits of the secondary school student when they were at the primary one.

The sample of the research was determined by the first graders of the secondary school in the General Directorate of Education/ Salah El-Din Governorate - Department of Al-Dour Education.

As the research sample reached to (40) morning students at the academic year (2019-2020).

(20) students were taught by male teachers in the primary stage and (20) of students who were taught by a female teachers.

Data was collected according to the big five factor of personality by (Costa and Mccrae) and its Arabic image which consisted of (30) paragraphs in its final form to measure personality traits (extroversion, medical, conscience awakening, neuroticism, openness to experience).

Among the individuals in the research sample, the current research has reached the following results: 1.

There is a high level of extensibility and openness to experience among first stage of secondary school students who have been taught by male teachers.2.

There is a high level of acceptability and nervousness among first stage of secondary school students who were taught by female teachers.3.

The sample members were almost equal in their attentive conscience.

As for the recommendations, the researcher recommends that the traits represent the characteristics of the character and can be measured and find the relationship between it and other variables through the use of psychological measures.

The suggestions are to conduct similar research on the personality traits of other stages and their relationship to other variables
