الملخص EN

The study aims at highlighting level of woman’s awareness of her economic rights.

The study also aims to examine the contribution of awareness to family adjustment and support and to what extent this role can help improve family life.

The researcher has employed descriptive analytical and co-relational approach.

The study population is represented by the working women at Sudan University of Science and Technology.

Using simple random sampling technique, the researcher chose 384 women out 1974 in 2018.The researcher used questionnaires to measure women’s awareness of their economic rights, which means that they should know the rights of work, property management, and standard of quality family life.

The questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS.

The study has arrived at the following conclusions, most notably: the level of women's awareness of their economic rights is high.

There is a positive correlation between women’s awareness of their economic rights, parental adjustment and support.

Moreover, there is statistically significant difference in women’s awareness of their economic rights according to the variable of academic qualification.

The study has recommended that curricula makers should reflect the importance of working women to the family or the society.
