In the light of the changes in the Saudi labor market from the trend towards Saudization of many professions, as well as the opening up of various fields for women's work, there is a need to know the compatibility between Saudi universities graduates and the requirements of the labor market.

Hence the idea of the current study aimed at identifying the role of business incubators in developing the skills of graduates of the geography program for their rehabilitation of the labor market, and the services provided by business incubators for graduates of the geography program.

The study used the descriptive approach, based on the comprehensive survey methodology.

The study population reached (110) graduates of the geography program at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Hail University.

The study found the most important role of the business incubators in creating new jobs for graduates of the geography program, developing skills, building special work, setting up training programs, providing the appropriate environment for implementing creative ideas, and creating links between the public and private sector and investors, on the one hand, and graduates of the geography program on the other.

The most important services that the business incubators can provide to the graduates of the geography program are the consulting services in the field of project management, the graduates of the geography program, the modern administrative methods, the evaluation and supervision programs, the registration procedures, the establishment of financial management and accounting.

The study recommendation the following: training graduates of the Department of Geography in cooperation with the labor market institutions, communication with graduates after graduating and after entering the lober market to find out the difficulties they faced, establishing a coordination unit in each college to communicate with the labor market, linking graduation projects with existing problem in the lober market institutions, providing data about needs of labor market and number of unemployed and their specialist, involving experts from labor market institutions in developing curriculum and training processes, involving business men the board of trustees of community colleges.
