The current research aimed to identify the reality of managerial innovation in the general directorate of education in Nineveh governorate by measuring the degree of availability the dimensions in the researched field, and aiming to achieve the goal above, the hypothesis was formulated which was conquered for test to ensure its validity, the study sample consisted of (45) human resource, (50) questionnaires were distributed and (45) validity retrieved for analysis, I used the statistical program (SPSS.

V.25), as well as a set of statistical tools, including frequency distributions, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and hypothetical mean to display and analyze the results, and the research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the availability of dimensions of managerial innovation in the field researched, and the research presented a set of recommendations including working to provide an appropriate innovation climate by allocating a division that responsible for supporting and encouraging the personnel by taking their ideas and proposals and studying the possibility of their application on the ground.
