The current research seeks to determine the role of the characteristics of the outputs of the management information system in managing the supply chain in the Badush cement plant/expansion? The research presented a number of proposals, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the characteristics of the outputs of the management information system in general and the management of the supply chain in particular, in line with the regulations, laws and instructions for the purpose of advancing the work of the laboratory in question, and working on scheduling the distribution process in line with market requirements and providing sufficient quantity and good quality of the product.
