الملخص الإنجليزي

Climate changes are one of the most important phenomena or problems facing the globe because of this phenomenon has a great impact on life on the surface of the earth, and the most important natural resources in it are water resources of all kinds.

Climate changes cause floods and droughts in other regions, which threatens water security in Any region, and the effects of climate change included Iraq and affected its water security, which clearly affected the overall life in Iraq, especially since the source of water in Iraq comes from outside its borders and is subject to the policy of those countries that control the water sources, namely Turkey, Syria and Iran, which are also affected by climate changes.

The annual rate of change in the Turkish stations reached (2.24% ), while the Syrian stations amounted to (2.81% ), while the Iranian stations amounted to (1.03% ), as for the climatic stations in Iraq, the rate of change indicates To the rise in all the studied climatic stations, as it reached (2.35% ) for the period 1968-2018.

As for the rainfall, the annual rate of change in the Turkish stations reached (0.086% ), while for the Syrian stations, it amounted to (5.029-) mm.

Iranian stations lost It amounted to (-6.02), as for the Iraqi stations, it amounted to (6.10% ) for the same period
