Industrial investment planning reflects the extent of development in a country, but industrial development planning must be based on a rational basis by evaluating the available industrial sites.

This is done by preparing cartographic layers aimed at estimating the possibilities available in an environment for the advancement of the industrial sector.

Therefore, the researcher adopted a mechanism Industrial development in the study area based on building spatial appropriate models to determine the best locations for establishing fodder plants in the study are.

The number of plants in 2010 reached (10 / plants), but in 2020 it reached 16 (works).

In addition, the study showed that there are effects of technological development on the preparation of labor, as it decreased in the center of Al-Mahaweel district as a result of the use of machines in manufacturing operations, as it was found from the study that geographical factors can be employed in the study area to serve the development of the feed industry through the use of the (GIS) program
