الملخص الإنجليزي

In order to shed light on an important historical period from the depth of Arab-Arab relations, the stage of establishing national movements (1920-1945), and what is the main active role of the Iraqi side in those Arab regional relations through concluding international agreements, alliances and covenants, and what those relations have come to in the political phase For Iraq with the Arab system At a time when the Arab arena, and Iraq in particular, witnessed the emergence of national movements after a difficult and turbulent phase in the general conditions, especially the stage between the two world wars and the resulting general international situation that resulted in the establishment of new alliances, agreements and charters in the region through which the volume of Arab-Arab relations was evident.

At that time and during the period of the study, as well as the volume of international and regional interventions in the region, while Iraq had a prominent role in leading Arab regional alliances, and in light of that gift that we mentioned above, we decided to study the time period (1920-1940) in Arab-Arab relations, the stage of establishing national movements which joined Introduction, two studies and a conclusion.

The first came in the national revolutions and the national feeling crystallized in two axes.

The second topic dealt with Arab unity projects through four axes and a conclusion to give the conclusions reached by the researcher
