The interest in Population issues has increased by the countries of the world in recent times, and these issues have become an essential and important element for human development, their direct impact in various areas of life, especially since today we are witnessing many serious problems, including those directly related to the demographic characteristics of the population, which is represented in the nature in Society, including the Iraqi Society, represented by the deterioration of health services, which directly affected the health status of the population and the increase in the number of sick cases, which require rapid treatments within development plans capable of addressing the negative aspects of the health sector.
