Determining the sources of the legal ruling is one of the foundations of thefundamentalist study and the focus of attention of researchers, and there is nodoubt that saying the validity of an original is a confusion with the easy thingBecause many jurisprudential branches will be built on it, so this requires patiencein saying, and diligence in looking.

The research tries to answer the question: If we know that the legal ruling islinked to the discourse of God Almighty, then does this mean that the rulingis limited to the discourse, so that there is no other source for the Sharia rulingexcept for it, or is there another source?
