Modern life has changed and an unheard-of event has occurred, naturally witnessinga development and acceleration in matters that should clarify the fatwas.

Thisprompted contemporary jurists to roll up their sleeves to bring things forward and tofind legitimate solutions based on Sharia principles.

Therefore, with the emergenceof the Corona epidemic, which changed the face of many things in social, economic, moral and educational life, especially in social, economic, moral and educationallife, the legal boards, organs and organizations in the Islamic world mobilized andincreased their activities.

Decisions, explanations and answers to the questions theytook regarding the legitimate issues affecting the Corona disease have emerged.

In this research article, fiqh fatwas related to the legal issues affected by Coronadisease will be collected and presented by showing the effects of this disease onmany issues such as social and their temporary handling in terms of fatwa.

The timeof the spread of this disease or the effect of keeping a distance between those whopray while praying in congregation, the licensing of some prayers, the suspensionof hajj and umrah prayers or the decrease in the number of pilgrims and umrahpilgrims, the desirability of paying or speeding up some zakat and alms, the effectof this on the rights of family and kinship, Topics such as nursery and breastfeedingstandards and its impact on financial transactions will be covered.

We will touch on some of the fatwas and inspections that affect the change ortemporary suspension of the provision until the end of the health change that occurredas a result of the emergence of Corona.

It will achieve fruitful results demonstratingthe validity of the Islamic Sharia for time-space and revealing that it is the solecriterion for dealing with the variables that arise in people's lives and livelihoods.
