The electronic revolution is one of the most important features of the current era، which cast a shadow on all aspects of life، including its impact on an important facility ofsociety، namely the judiciary through the emergence of electronic courts.

The impetusfor the emergence of this type of court.

Despite the novelty of this experience and its being limited to some legal systems fora few countries، it has proven its effectiveness and its distinguished role through thesuccessful effects that resulted from the application of this newly developed system، which is represented in the speed in the settlement of cases before it and the ease ofprocedures for litigants، and the work of this system prevents Achieving any form ofcorruption that could affect all community facilities.

To highlight the idea of the research، it was necessary to divide it into two topics: thefirst is the content of th e electronic court by explaining its concept by defining it andclarifying its features، and then the requirements for the electronic court from human، technical and legal requirements and procedures for issuing the judgment in the electroniccourt.
