In this paper, we have tried to understand how the Weberian theory of bureaucratic contribuated to the emergence of the sociology of organizations.

We focused our analysis on the interest that this mode of organization constituted for the organizations which needed a rational organization of work in order to adapt to the important changes which they faced after the world war two.

Through this analysis, we have discussed the most important characteristics of this mode of organization as well as the difficulties it raises when it is put into practice.

Finally, we touched some theoretical and empirical studies having analyzed this question of bureaucracy which formed the theoretical and practical bases of the sociology of organizations, like the structuro-functionalism in the USA and the theory of strategic analysis, in France.

الملخص FRE

Cette étude tente de comprendre la contribution de l’organisation bureaucratique de Max Weber à l’élaboration de la sociologie des organisations.

Au cours de cet article, nous avons souligné les caractéristiques de de cette forme d’organisation et les différents problèmes générés au sein des organisations suite à sa mise en œuvre.

Nous avons souligné aussi l’intérêt que constitue la bureaucratie pour les organisations qui cherchaient après la seconde guerre mondiale une organisation rationnelle afin de s’adapter aux changements auxquels elles faisaient face.

Enfin, nous avons abordé quelques-unes des théories sociologiques qui ont abordé les problèmes pratiques de la bureaucratie qui vont constituer la base pratique et théorique de la sociologie des organisations.

Et parmi celles-ci, nous avons cité le structuro fonctionnalisme aux USA et l’analyse stratégique, en France.
