الملخص AR
يعتبر علم المكتبات من التخصصات العلمية التي تلقى اهتماما متزايدا في الأوساط العلمية و الدراسية في الجزائر و الدليل على ذلك الزيادة الهندسية في عدد الملتحقين بهذا التخصص في مختلف جامعات الوطن و زيادة نسبة توظيف خريجي هذا الحقل المعرفي من سنة إلى أخرى في مختلف القطاعات.
ما يميز هذا التخصص كذلك هو العدد المعتبر من النصوص التشريعية و التنظيمية التي توضح و تبرز خصائص المناصب التي يتولاها خريجي هذا التخصص-علم المكتبات- في مختلف المؤسسات و الإدارات العمومية الجزائرية سواء في قطاع المكتبات أو في قطاع الأرشيف أو التوثيق.
فنجد هذه المناصب تعرف في النصوص الرسمية بعدة تسميات حسب الجهة المستخدمة.
في هذا السياق و من باب المرافقة جاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل توضيح الصورة أمام طلبة علم المكتبات و المعلومات في كل الجامعات الجزائرية حول ما يتوفر لهم من فرص عمل في قطاع الوظيف العمومي اعتمادا على ما جاء في النصوص التنظيمية الموجودة مع تحديد تسمياتها القانونية و شروط الالتحاق بها و طرق ترقيتهم إلى المناصب الأعلى وغيرها من النقاط التي نتناولها بالمعالجة ضمن هذا العمل.
الملخص EN
Librarianship is benefiting of increasing interest in Algerian university.
For a proof of that, the increasing number of the students enrolled in this discipline, and the job-opportunities for the graduated of that scientific field in different public sector, and the important number of legislative and regulatory texts that clarify and define the characteristics of the position held by these university graduated in various Algerian public institutions and administrations, both in library and archives and documentation sectors.
In this helpful research, we will try to accompany the students by highlighting the different positions that graduates of the institute and department of librarianship of Algerian university can occupy.
Through the existing regulatory texts, we try to specify their exact name, and the required conditions to join them, and those necessary for the promotion to this posts, and other details which are contained in this official texts.
الملخص FRE
La bibliothéconomie est l’une des spécialité qui suscitent un intérêt croissant dans les milieux universitaires en Algérie, comme en témoigne l’augmentation du nombre des inscrits dans les différentes universités du pays, et les offres d’emploi multiples pour ces diplômés dans différents secteurs de l’état.
Ce qui distingue aussi la bibliothéconomie en Algérie est le nombre de textes législatifs et réglementaires clarifiant et soulignant les caractéristiques des postes occupés par ces diplômés dans les divers établissements et services publics algériens, tant dans le secteur des bibliothèques que celui des archives et de la documentation.
Ce travail est un outil d’accompagnement pour les diplômés des départements et instituts de bibliothéconomie.
Il met en évidence, par le biais des textes réglementaires existants, les différents postes proposés, en précisant leur dénomination exacte, et les conditions pour les rejoindre, et les conditions de promotion dans ces postes, et autres détails que nous développerons.
