الملخص AR
إن خاصية العالمية التي امتازت بها أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، و التي استلهمت من قوله تعالى : (و ما أرسلناك إلا رحمة للعالمين) [الأنبياء: 107] يلزم منها الدراسة و البحث في كل معضلة، و مشكلة تحدث على مر العصور؛ لإيجاد حلولها، و معالجتها ؛ لأن الحوادث تتجدد، و المشاكل متباينة، و منها المشاكل الاقتصادية، التي تتطور كلما دعت الحاجة إلى الثمن أو المثمن، بل و قد بلغت ذروتها في هذا العصر ؛ لانفتاح العالم الإسلامي على العوالم الأخرى، و تقارب الزمان، و سهولة الاطلاع على تجارب الآخرين ؛ لذا اخترت هذا العنوان (حلول واقعية شرعية لإشكالات اقتصادية) لمقالي هذا.
اتبعت في إعداد البحث (المنهج التجريبي) و قسمته على مبحثين و خاتمة، : أما المبحث الأول فكان بعنوان (التعريف بمصطلحات البحث) و قد اشتمل على مطلبين: المطلب الأول : التعريف بأهم المصطلحات و هي (بيع المرابحة للآمر بالشراء و الغرامة التأخيرية، أما المطلب الثاني: فذكرت فيه منطلقات واقعية الإسلام و فيه تطرقت على مسألة واقعية الإسلام و عالميته، و من ثم منطلقات هذه العالمية، أما المبحث الثاني فكان بعنوان (حلول واقعية لبعض المشاكل الاقتصادية) و قد تضمن ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الأول : ذكرت فيه مشكلة الوعد في بيع المرابحة للآمر بالشراء هل هو ملزم أم لا ؟ و في المطلب الثاني : مشكلة الغرامة التأخيرية التي تترتب عند تأخر المدين عن تسديد الديون، المطلب الثالث : تكلمت فيه عن مشكلة تلف النقود.

The universality characteristic of the provisions of Islamic Sharia, from which it is necessary to study and research every dilemma, and a problem that occurs throughout the ages; to find solutions, and address them; Because accidents are renewed, and the problems are different, including economic problems, which develop whenever there is a need for a price or an appraiser, and have even reached their climax in this age; Due to the openness of the Islamic world to other worlds, the convergence of time, and the ease of access to the experiences of others; That is why I chose this title (Legitimate Realistic Solutions to Economic Problems) for my article.
In preparing the research, I followed the (experimental approach) and divided it into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion.
In it the realist principles of Islam and in it I touched on the issue of the reality of Islam and its universality, and then the premises of this universality.
As for the second topic, it was titled (Realistic solutions to some economic problems) and it included three demands: The first requirement: It mentioned the problem of the promise in the Murabaha sale to the one who ordered the purchase, is it binding? And in the second demand: the problem of the delay fine that arises when the debtor fails to pay debts, the third requirement: I talked about the problem of money spoilage.

L'universalité caractéristique des dispositions de la charia islamique, à partir de laquelle il est nécessaire d'étudier et de rechercher chaque dilemme, et un problème qui se pose à travers les âges ; pour trouver des solutions et y répondre ; Car les accidents se renouvellent, et les problèmes sont différents, y compris économiques, qui se développent chaque fois qu'il y a besoin d'un prix ou d'un expert, et ont même atteint leur paroxysme à notre époque ; Du fait de l'ouverture du monde islamique aux autres mondes, de la convergence des temps, et de la facilité d'accès aux expériences des autres ; C'est pourquoi j'ai choisi ce titre (Solutions réalistes légitimes aux problèmes économiques) pour mon article.
En préparant la recherche, j'ai suivi la (approche expérimentale) et l'ai divisée en une introduction, deux sections et une conclusion.
J'y ai abordé les principes réalistes de l'Islam et j'y ai abordé la question de la réalité de l'Islam et de son universalité, puis les prémisses de cette universalité.
Quant au deuxième sujet, il s'intitulait (Solutions réalistes à certains problèmes économiques) et il comprenait trois exigences : Et dans la deuxième demande : le problème de l'amende de retard qui se pose lorsque le débiteur ne paie pas ses dettes, la troisième exigence : j'ai parlé du problème du gaspillage d'argent.
