The research aims to design a test to develop the muscular strength of the arms of the young handball players and to set standards and standards for testing the muscular strength of the arms for the young handball players.

As for the research sample on which the test was applied, it amounted to (40) players aged (17-18) years, and (5) players were excluded to represent the exploratory experiment.

The proposed test was written in a questionnaire form and presented to a number of specialists who agreed on its validity after making some modifications to it.

The scientific basis for the test was extractedIt was applied to the research sample of (40) players.

A test design was reached to develop the muscular strength of the arms of the young handball players, and it has the scientific specifications of honesty, stability and objectivity.

And that most of the handball players (the research sample) were at a good, average and acceptable level, and there is no weak level in the sample.
