Combining the Quranic lesson and the semantic lesson is the purpose of the research.

In order to clarify and clarify the meaning of the term (fitnah) and after completing counting its places in the Holy Qur'an with the help of the indexed dictionary of the words of the Holy Qur'an, a plan was drawn up and its words were studied semanticly, in order to know their singular and syntactic meanings.

Significance in language and terminology After that, the research came with fourteen demands, which were divided according to the meanings of sedition.

And I completed it with a conclusion that showed the most important findings of the research and the most important results: The linguistic use is broader than the Quranic use, so we find that the Holy Quran did not use all the meanings of (fascination).

The research showed that (fascination) in its origin denotes (test), and the Holy Qur'an used the noun and the verb from it, and it comes with many meanings in the Holy Qur'an that we explained in the folds of the research; Including: disbelief, polytheism, apostasy, affliction, trial and examination, and others.

This term is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an a lot in its actual and nominal forms, and this is evidence of its importance in Qur'anic usage.
